2022 We-Ko-Pass Frequently Asked Questions

The 2022 We-Ko-Pass Cardholder Program provides the Cardholder and Guests with green fees discounted as much as 40% – 60% off the regular resort rate at We-Ko-Pa Golf Club. While this is not a program for all our players, this is an extremely attractive program for the golfer who is flexible in the time of day they play and does not require tee time reservations more than four days in advance.

What are the benefits of the We-Ko-Pass?

How far in advance can I book a reservation with the We-Ko-Pass?

Reservations can be made up to four (4) days in advance. You may book online or call the golf shop at 480.836.9000. Please know that times booked more than four days in advance will not be eligible for the 2022 We-Ko-Pass rates.

When can I start making reservations using the card?

The 2022 We-Ko-Pass must be purchased prior to making a reservation, and the We-Ko-Pass card cannot be used on an existing reservation.

How long is the We-Ko-Pass valid? When does it expire?

The 2022 Annual We-Ko-Pass is valid from September 1, 2021 through September 30th, 2022.

How many guests can a Cardholder entertain?

An individual Cardholder can entertain up to three guests per tee time and the guests will pay the same rate as the Cardholder.

How do I get the “One Free Round with Every Five Paid We-Ko-Pass Cardholder Rounds” and do I need to keep track of my rounds?

Once a We-Ko-Pass Cardholder has played five paid rounds at We-Ko-Pa Golf Club they will receive a FREE round. Guest rounds do not count toward the accumulation of the five paid rounds. After five paid We-Ko-Pass Cardholder rounds the next round will be FREE for the Cardholder only. FREE rounds must be used in the order in which they are received and can’t be saved or postponed to a later date. We-Ko-Pa Golf Club will keep track of your We-Ko-Pass Cardholder rounds, though it is always good to keep a personal record for yourself.

What if there are multiple We-Ko-Pass Cardholders in the group?

Please let us know if there are multiple 2022 We-Ko-Pass Cardholders in the group. This will help ensure that each We-Ko-Pass Cardholder receives credit toward their FREE round.

Does the We-Ko-Pass Cardholder need to be present at all times?

The 2022 We-Ko-Pass Cardholder must be playing when the card is being used. An ID may be required at check-in.

Is the We-Ko-Pass transferable to another person?

The 2022 Annual We-Ko-Pass is non-transferable nor can it be shared with another person.

I purchased a We-Ko-Pass online; will it be mailed to me?

Once a We-Ko-Pass has been purchased you may pick up your We-Ko-Pass in the golf shop. The We-Ko-Pass will not be mailed.

I lost my We-Ko-Pass, how can I get a new one?

Yes, to receive a new We-Ko-Pass please contact the golf shop at 480.836.9000.
