We-Ko-Pa Golf Club – Arizona’s ultimate golf experience – announced today they underwent an extensive deep clean of all customer-facing and employee-facing golf and restaurant operational rooms and equipment, completed May 1, 2020. We-Ko-Pa used Renue Venue Revitalization Specialists to complete the sanitization process which included the main clubhouse, all workstations, phones, offices and door handles, downstairs cart storage, all 160 golf carts and utility carts as well as the Saguaro Grille, the Cholla Grille, bag drop and all restrooms and locker rooms.
“We make a concerted effort to keep our golf and F&B operations as clean as possible at all times,” said Matt Barr, general manager of We-Ko-Pa Golf Club. “However, we felt it was important to complete a deep clean to put our guests at ease during this time. We wanted our guests to know when they come to We-Ko-Pa, they know we’re doing everything we can to ensure they have the very best and safest experience possible.”
As part of the extensive deep clean, We-Ko-Pa Golf Club used Renue Venue Revitalization Specialists which follows all CDC guidelines and CDC approved methods including the use of EPA registered disinfecting chemicals to mitigate the spread of contagions like the coronavirus. Renue completed an electrostatic spraying process at We-Ko-Pa which utilizes power-assisted spraying machinery in lieu of manually powered chemical spraying. The process electrostatically charges chemical droplets as they leave the machine which seeks objects and surfaces and ensures a greater coverage of disinfectant, even on surfaces not within the line of sight where conventional disinfecting techniques can leave residues and fail to cover each surface.
