Positions Available


Pay: $12-$15/hour

General Purpose of Position:

Under the general direction of the Golf Course Superintendent and his Assistants, performs maintenance work necessary for the grounds keeping of the golf courses. Work involves initiation, direction and performance of tasks relating to golf course maintenance; performs related work as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use of hand tools including rakes, shovels, loppers, etc.
  • Operation of power tools including weed eaters, hedge trimmers, hover mowers, edgers, etc.
  • Ability to walk mow greens and tees on the Golf Course and Practice Facility.
  • Fill divots and repair ball marks.
  • Operation of golf course utility vehicles, including but not limited to sand bunker rake vehicles, and turbine blowers.
  • Spot spraying and hand watering as needed and as directed by Supervisor.
  • Janitorial duties related to maintaining the cleanliness of the Maintenance Building, including shop, break room, and restrooms.
  • Providing proper care for equipment by performing vehicle inspections, vehicle cleaning, and reporting potential issues to the Maintenance Mechanic.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime during aerification and overseed procedures.

Additional Duties and Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instruction and specifications.
  • Knowledge of golf course maintenance techniques and proper course conditions.
  • Must be able to maintain cooperative working relationships with other employees and departments.
  • Present a professional image in accordance with FME/FMYN dress/uniform policy.

Restaurant Server

Pay: $5.25-$7.25/hour + tips

General purpose of Position:

Ensures prompt, friendly, professional service to all guests. Understand how to work a POS system & manage cash transactions accurately. Assist with stocking bar and rotating inventory. Understand a menu. Must always operate in a safe manner. Shall cooperate in performing any other duty deemed reasonable and necessary by the supervisor or management.

Additional Duties and Qualifications:

  • Common knowledge & experience with bartending
  • Common knowledge & experience with serving.
  • High School education or GED
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and push or pull 100 pounds.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.

Line Cook

Pay: $17 – $19 an hour

General Purpose of the Position

Cooks or otherwise prepares restaurant a la carte menu products based on product type and recipes, applying personal knowledge and experience in food preparation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle opening
  • Maintaining and closing of the restaurant BOH operations
  • Minimum of two years Line Cook experience
  • Must be able to ensure product quality.
  • Estimate food consumption and meets customer demands.
  • Apply proper cutting techniques, piece count, packaging, and labeling standards.
  • Properly display and arrange visual presentation of products to the specifications of the menu.
  • Maintain and orders appropriate levels of produce and inventory to meet production demands of the line.
  • Complete inventory of dry goods/frozen goods/chilled goods on a scheduled basis
  • Properly maintain and store company inventory including utensils and cookware
  • Possess a valid Food handler’s card.
  • Maintain general unit cleanliness as required by Food Service Industry
  • Must have basic understanding of HACCP.

Additional Duties and Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and push or pull 100 pounds.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check)
  • Understand food control systems and food cost.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test


Pay: $13 – $15 an hour

General Purpose of Position:

Responsible of ensuring the cleanliness of all service ware, floors, receiving area and storage rooms. Shall represent the club in a professional and exemplary manner and promote the success of the club to guests, staff, and any other parties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cleaning and stocking of all service ware and cooking utensils.
  • Provide complete guest satisfaction by ensuring all service ware is clean and spot free.
  • Assist service staff in clearing and setting tables during catered functions and periods of high levels of business.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards for kitchen, including the scrubbing of kitchen mats and removal of all garbage.
  • Provide the type of service that exceeds guest’s expectations.

Additional Duties and Qualifications:

  • Must have Food Service Workers License.
  • Assist kitchen staff in prepping food in accordance to set standards.
  • Hold yourself, your supervisors, and your co-workers to the highest standards.
  • Work together with management to establish an environment in which everyone is informed and involved.
  • Know the dish machine operation and sanitation. Ensure safety standards are practiced.
