We know that all of our friends in Chicagoland and around the Upper Midwest and Canada spend the winter months in deep hibernation, awaiting the first sign of crocuses breaking through the snow and those first blades of green grass emerging from a deep sleep. Their basements are alive with the the sound of “whack” as the truly ardent golfers hit into golf nets to stay in shape or rolling the rock on the carpet, with the television tuned into the latest edition of Golf Chicago TV.
We are extremely fortunate to play golf year ’round here at We-Ko-Pa, and Golf Chicago TV’s most recent show featured We-Ko-Pa and the on-property Radisson Fort McDowell Resort & Casino. The crew enjoyed themselves during their visit and we served up a warm welcome. Their cameras captured those incredible vistas and our two fantastic courses that will never get old for us, and toured the nearby resort. The show interviewed We-Ko-Pa’s General Manager Matt Barr, and Radisson Fort McDowell Resort & Casino’s Director of Revenue Generation Craig Benell. Needless to say, we hope anyone who is snow-bound during the long winter months will give us a call and come visit We-Ko-Pa and the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort & Casino for a dose of warm weather golf, lots of sunshine and plenty of entertainment.
