When you’re on the tee looking out over the untouched Sonoran Desert or standing over a squirrely three footer for par at We-Ko-Pa Golf Club – Arizona’s Ultimate Golf Experience – you can’t help but notice the extraordinary conditions of the property. It’s usually the first thing players notice when they pull up to the first tee, and it’s always the first thing they tell their friends when they’re bragging about their Scottsdale golf trip.

Every morning is an early morning when you’re charged with maintaining the best golf facility in Arizona. The work is hard, the days are long and the stakes are incredibly high. Take a look at the video to learn more about the agronomy staff at We-Ko-Pa Golf Club, course superintendents and the director of maintenance who ensure every single blade of grass on either award-winning golf course is exactly where it’s supposed to be. And the next time you make a tee time at We-Ko-Pa Golf Club, remember to thank the superintendents and their staff for their hard work.
