Choose from USDA Prime or American Wagyu beef in seven different sized cuts, braised buffalo short ribs, Colorado lamb chops and veal and venison dishes all perfectly prepared over a wood burning grill.

While steaks and chops are the main attraction, Ember also serves up a robust seafood menu complete with perfectly prepared fresh fish, Maine lobster, King Crab and a daily oyster selection sure to tantalize your taste buds with every bite. Ember’s in-house sommelier scoured the globe to source hundreds of wine labels including 34 different 100-point wines from nine different countries and 26 unicorn wines found nowhere else in in the state. If whiskey and rye tend to catch your eye, Ember’s spirit library comprises 72 whiskey and bourbon labels including the highly sought-after Pappy Van Winkle’s Family reserve – in the 15 and 20-year varieties – as well as celebrated brands like Buffalo Trace, Redbreast and WhistlePig. And for a special treat, order Ember’s Sacred Smoke Manhattan, a new take on the classic cocktail combining Buffalo Trace bourbon, Martalletti’s Grand Reserve vermouth and Bitterman’s Transatlantic bitters prepared tableside and served in an oak chip Ember smoked glass.
